Wow! This has been a busy summer! I am loving all the fantastic clients I have been working with! I do, however seem to be getting quite far behind with blogging. I am somewhat making up for this today with this wedding from way back in June. This may be my longest post ever!
I first met this fantastic couple last summer at their engagement session at Klusken Hills. Both of them are from the Peace Country, and interestingly enough their families have known each other for years – but these two didn’t actually meet until they were adults living in Calgary. Turns out it was a perfect match!
They were married in the Maples at Dunvegan, along the Peace River and then had a lovely outdoor reception at Moonshine Lake, AB. Guests were seated on lovely benches that the Bride’s father built especially for their special day. Each bench inscribed with their name and date. One of the benches was used as a guest book for the happy couple – everyone signing, drawing pictures, etc – a momento they will be able to keep for a lifetime!
** Note: In the image below of the iPhone – from the groom, “Good Morning! I love you!” [Awwww!]
